 Main responsibility is to act as Transport Network design & support Team lead for Huawei NG-WDM, NG-SDH, SDH, Hybrid MSTP (MSTP+PTN) and Microwave products i.e. OptiX OSN 9800/8800/6800/7500/3500/1500/2500/2000 and OptiX RTN 620/905/910/950/980 for Robi Axiata account, the second largest mobile operator in Bangladesh; previously was the team lead for GrameenPhone (Telenor) – the biggest in Bangladesh – account between 2013-2014.  Was engaged in Robi Axiata CC Swap Project (27M BDT) as Technical Director (TD), working as a single point of contact for any technical or management escalations and mentoring 7 engineers.  Was involved in Grameen Phone (GP) DWDM expansion with ASON deployment project i.e. OSN 6800 expansion; design, planning, installation, testing, commissioning & integration of OSN 8800/9800 (ROADM system), integrating new 100G coherent channels and enabling the electrical ASON).  Performed end-to-end DWDM link design & planning using MDS6600 tool, HLD & LLD preparation, power bugeting, installation, commissioning & testing of OSN 6800, OSN 8800 T32/T16, OSN 9800 T64/T16 for ROADM system, new lambda tuning, OCh grooming & E2E service creation, shifting existing links to new fiber core, live OLA site dismantling & replacing it with new FOADM site, software upgrade of DWDM nodes, problematic fiber identification & rectification, troubleshooting of various faults etc.  Carried out Optical & MW network design, software upgrade, troubleshooting of regular faults, TDM service cut-over, packet service (MPLS-TP based PWE3, CES, VPLS) configuration, Ethernet (EoS) configuration (EPL/EVPL/EPLAN) & troubleshooting, QoS & Synch plan/configuration, HW expansion for MSTP/Hybrid MSTP & MW equipments with broad exposure to iManager U2000 NMS system.  Conducted optical & microwave network optimization including DCN & Synchronization and designed, proposed & executed required optimization activities.  Providing support to different customers whenever required & attending to tickets as needed.  Generate new sales lead by having an in depth knowledge about customer networks & their pain points as well as educating them about new technology trends in the transport domain.  Assist pre-sales & service team by preparing sound technical proposals & solutions, guidelines & processes as required and providing input about technical know-how of transport domain.  Engage in knowledge sharing and assisting team members to develop requisite skills. Achievements:  Was an important member of “Bangladesh Robi Axiata Customer Satisfaction Award 2015”.  Was a key member of “Bangladesh GP maintenance Key Delivery project Reward, 2014”.  Was awarded for excellent technical case writing.

 Team Leader for 10+ personnel plus technical responsible for Transmission part of Warid (Airtel) De-congestion (capacity up-gradation) Project, successfully covering and completing 40+ transmission (SDH/PDH) links well within deadline.  Assigned and delegated required tasks to team members; aligned with Project manager, customers, service providers about the project necessities – acquiring leadership, multi-tasking & project management skills.  Was responsible for managing activities like traffic routing, software up-gradation and so on in SDH ADMs and SDH/PDH microwave nodes through NMS (SOA and MLM).  Planned and designed the deployment of SDH, PDH, microwave and fiber technologies into the transmission networks and prepared network design documents.  Worked with solutions, pre-sales, logistics and other relevant teams to make detail project plan and requisite material sourcing & delivery, gaining useful insights about these various business functions.  Assisted in evaluation & selection of different sub-contractors for project purpose. Robi Axiata Account:  Provided Pre-sales team with requisite knowledge on different transmission technologies i.e. SDH, DWDM, PDH, Ethernet etc. and Ericsson/Marconi transmission equipments like SPO1410 & SPO1460.  Assisted Solution team to prepare BoQ and solution document.

Warid (Airtel) Account:  Provided technical support to service providers for installation, commissioning, integration & functionality testing of SDH ADMs and SDH/PDH microwave transmission systems in several phases.  Was the technical responsible of performing integration, maintenance, troubleshooting & problem solving e.g. Problematic link rerouting, BSC re-homing, traffic routing, DCN & Synchronization of SDH/PDH nodes and software up-gradation of SDH ADMs in transmission systems involving both optical transmission & microwave transmission networks.  Involved in configuring E1/ STM-1/ STM-4/ STM-16/ STM-64/ Ethernet over SDH in SDH ADMs and mapping circuits in terms of VC4, VC3 & TU12 level.  Implemented link protection via Sub Network Connection Protection (SNCP) and Multiplex Section protection (MSP) in SDH/PDH transmission system.  Designed, prepared and implemented Synchronization plan for transmission network containing SDH ADM and Microwave radio.  Prepared network design documents for SDH ADM rings.  Managed & assigned the deployment of Service Providers and managed the installation activities in accordance to Ericsson procedures with respect to customer’s directives.  Equipments worked on: Marconi OMS 1664, 1654, 1260, 1240, 860 Ericsson MINILINK-TN, E, HC Marconi MDRS 155 EC, MDRS 155S Service-on-Access (SOA), MINI-LINK Manager (MLM)  Attended Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT) of transmission nodes/links and providing on-site rectification upon taking note of deficiencies.  Was responsible for preparation, cross-checking and reporting of relevant project documentation, database maintenance, multi-tasking.  Grasped new technical skills quickly & their practical implementation, meeting project deadline and knowledge sharing with colleagues. Other Accounts:  Participated in configuring, testing and troubleshooting of Marconi OMS 1664 for Banglatrac and Novotel IGW (International Gateway) Projects; configured STM-1/STM-4/ STM-64/ GE/ FE in the SDH ADM.  Was part of the team assigned with installing, integrating and testing of Marconi OMS 860 & OMS 1240 in Grameen Phone (Telenor) 3G trial project.  Aided Solutions and Pre-sales teams with technical knowledge of various transmission technologies (SDH/NGSDH, DWDM, PDH, Ethernet etc.) and Ericsson/Marconi transmission equipments for several projects. Achievements:  Selected as the “Employee of the Quarter” for the second quarter 2009 from Network Deployment & Integration (NDI) department.  Was part of the 'Team of the quarter' for the second quarter 2008 from NDI department.
